Beautiful brand new rural house with large patio, private pool and air conditioning and wood stove. The house has a large living room/kitchen with a high ceiling, the three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and are doubles. One of them is on the ground floor and the other two on the top floor. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. Perfect location on the outskirts of Dúrcal, in a very quiet area, just 25 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from the Tropical coast and 50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. Ideal for holidays with family or friends. The pool will be open throughout the year. Ask for opening and closing dates. We supply firewood in the winter months, it is not included in the rent. Pets are accepted and there will be a supplement of €40 for extra cleaning.

La casa es más bonita de lo que se ve en las fotos, en todo momento hay un trato amable, cercano y personalizado. Nos recibió Charo para darnos las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento de la casa. Nos dejaron detalles de bienvenida que se agradecen porque normalmente no es la costumbre. La casa es acogedora y muy completa. Si volvemos repetiremos. Gracias a Charo por estar disponible en cualquier momento para solucionar dudas

Todo genial, la casa muy bonita, y limpia, la terraza muy acogedora también, la dueña super amable y muy servicial, al terminar la estancia la llamé (para entregarle las llaves) y pregunto en que mejoraría o que había hechado de menos para mejorar la estancia.
