House located in Altos de la Zubia. Rustic style with 4 double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. Living room, garage and large garden with pool.

It has a large shaded porch, pool area with lawn. Poolside bar with bar, kitchen, great oven to enjoy the good weather outside the house with family or friends.
The pool will be available in the summer months, ask for opening and closing dates before confirming.
We supply firewood in the winter months, it is not included in the rent.

The garage of the house will be used by the owners, the entrance to the property is shared, the rest of the house and the pool are completely private.

La casa es magnífica. Dispone de diferentes espacios y muy preparada para disfrutar del ocio veraniego. En interior completamente equipado. El aire acondicionado funciona genial, los dos baños son muy amplios y con intimidad.La cocina dispone de gran variedad de menaje aunque hubiéramos necesitado un mayor número de vasos para el uso diario.Se comparte la entrada a la parcela con los propietarios y son muy amables a la hora de resolver cualquier problema.

Una casa bonita para pasar unos días, aunque el equipamiento de la cocina no es adecuado a lo esperado y no lo recomendado para mas de dos parejas y tres niños.
