Rustic cortijo with garden, porch with barbecue, private pool and views to Sierra Nevada.

All on the ground floor we find, a living room with fireplace and equipped kitchen. One double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. Hot and cold pump in the living room.

Free parking on the premises.

Perfect location, only 25min from Granada, 30 min from the Tropical Coast and 50 min from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.


The swimming pool will be available in the summer months (ask for opening and closing dates). We supply firewood in the winter months, not included in the rent.

Pets are welcome at no extra charge, as long as they do not climb on beds/sofas and leave the accommodation in perfect condition, otherwise a cleaning charge will be applied through the security deposit.

La experiencia ha sido genial, la casa para nosotros perfecta tenía de todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Los anfitriones encantadores, preocupados por indicarnos los mejores restaurantes y lugares para visitar de la zona. La casa bien situada para nuestras necesidades, a media hora de la capital y a media hora de las playas.

Buscábamos tranquilidad y casa Valmaruc es ideal. Hemos estado muy cómodos, no hemos echado en falta nada. María siempre atenta a lo que pudiéramos necesitar...y con detallitos el día de la recepción. Volveremos seguro!

Ideal para desconectar, y estar tranquilos, piscina ideal casi no hemos pisado la casa estábamos encantados afuera Maria la dueña encantadora todo perfecto como en las fotos, no descartamos en volver, quedamos muy contentos.
