Fabulous house with private pool and wonderful views in the Lecrín Valley area, in the town of Cónchar, 20 minutes from Granada, 30 minutes from the beach and 50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. 

The house consists of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, large living room with fireplace and DVD and fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and oven.

Each of these spaces has air conditioning and underfloor heating. Wifi, Jadín, pool, barbecue and different terraces with unbeatable views. Sun loungers, bed linen and towels available during the stay.

The pool will be open in the summer season, ask for opening and closing dates.

Lovely house! It's well build, big and clean. The village is very quiet and the host was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
