Wonderful house with WiFi, private pool, and barbecue area in the village of Dúrcal. It is located in a very quiet area, very close to the highway access, 30 minutes from the Costa Tropical, 30 minutes from Granada, and 50 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double beds and air conditioning, and 1 with two single beds, and 2 ensuite bathrooms.
The pool will be available during the summer months (check opening and closing dates).
The fireplace is NOT operational.
