The accommodation is very well located 30 minutes from the beach, 25 minutes from Granada and 60 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.


The pool is only available during the summer months (ask for opening and closing dates). Firewood in winter is not included in the rent.

We loved our week at this beautiful house. Everything we needed was there. Great communication from host. Brilliant access to the motorway and only 30 mins to Granada. The views are stunning and plenty of walks in the area. The large supermarket is at the Durcal exit, (10mins or less) get your shopping before heading up to the house. Conchar is a lovely little village but it does not have any supermarkets. The drive to the house was a little daunting to begin with but we soon mastered the narrow streets with ease. The house is perfect.
